Jalapeo Stuffed Olives are one of the Mezzettas top-selling items. We use locally grown jalapeo peppers-shipped to our state-of-the-art Napa Valley facility and packed within twenty-four hours of harvest-whenever possible. The faster they are packed the more heat and fresh-picked flavor they retain. Jeff Mezzetta and our plant manager personally inspect each harvest to ensure that the peppers and olives are ripe, uniformly shaped and tender.
