Native Vanillas Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans provide a rich flavor and distinctive aroma to use in baking, cooking, brewing, extracts, and much more. Our Vanilla Planifolia Beans measure 5-6 inches long and have a moisture content of 30-35%. Our Grade A Vanilla Beans are fairly traded and sustainably sourced from farmers in Madagascar. Native Vanilla Vanilla Beans have a higher-than-average water and oil content and an abundance of seeds. Our vanilla beans from Sava, Madagascar have a rich and creamy flavor, with notes of caramel, cherry, and almond, and are characterized by their plump, oily appearance and distinctive aroma. Our Vanilla Beans are USDA Organic, Kosher, Halal, Vegan, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free. Store fresh vanilla beans in a tightly sealed airtight container, preferably a glass jar.
