Description
Albasa Ogbono Soup Mix offers an authentic blend of ground ogbono, crayfish, spices, seasoning, and vegetables for a hearty mouth-watering soup that is guaranteed to be a hit at the dinner table. Cook with or without meat. Just add water oil Available in Unseasoned so you can adjust the taste however you like. How to make Ingredients (seasoned) 2lbs stew beef 1lb smoked fish tsp salt 1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon - cup palm oil 5-6 cups water 1 package Albasa Ogbono Soup Mix Instruction 1.Add beef, salt, bouillon and 1 cups water to medium pot. 2.Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. 3.Remove meat and set aside. 4.Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil. 5.Quickly stir in Ogbono mix and meat. 6.Cook uncovered on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7.Add smoked fish and cook for two minutes.
