Description
This round grain rice is the essential ingredient for any paella. The Bahía-Senia rice varieties are grown in the heart of the famous Albufera Natural Park, southwest of the city of Valencia (Spain), this stunning natural wetland is separated from the sea only by a small strip of land and has been a rice-producing area since arabs times. In fact, it was here that paella was first eaten as a dish, taking advantage of the abundance of natural wildlife living in the area.
