Description

Bel canto is Italian for beautiful song, and we take great care to make sure the flavor of this espresso blend matches its inspiration. We develop this complex espresso by creating a base layer of low hues-heavy and rich beans from the American complement them with the intense, fruity coffees of Ethiopia. The result is a positively lilting coffee, with hints of sweet deep berries and dark cocoa powder. Decaffeinated at the Swiss Water Plant in Vancouver BC, using a natural water and carbon filter method.
