Bakerpan modeling chocolate allows for seamless blending and smoothing, which makes it ideal for sculpted cakes, modeling figurines, and creating toppers.

- Temperature and Appearance - When warm, product will be softer. Knead oils back in if separated (Separation of oils is normal when warmed and then cooled). When cold, product will be firm. Microwave in 5 second intervals if too firm.
- Stable and Pliable - Create figurines, flowers, rose petals, leaves, and intricate sculptures with added stability; sets firm while staying pliable.
- Extended Workability Time - Model, sculpt, and shape sturdy structures that set quickly and hold up against gravity. Work and rework the modeling chocolate over extended periods; rework by warming, Creation can be used right away and holds up without having to dry.
- Versatile and Elegant - Color modeling chocolate with gel, paste, powder pigment, or oil-based food color when kneading; can be mixed with fondant and gum paste. Rolls thin and is workable for long periods, ideal for beginners doing floral work.
