Description Placenta Stem Cell Intensive Repair Cream is a whitening and wrinkle improvement cosmetic. It has strong occlusive properties which help prevent water loss from the skin while creating an environment for the skin to function optimally and regenerate faster. This formula contains a high concentration of Sheep Placenta Extract (470,000ppm) and Dragon's Blood Resin Extract (10,000ppm) which are both moisturizers and skin conditioning agents. It is infused with phytoplacenta plant stem cells extract.
