It was formulated with key ingredients to hydrate as it cleanses and removes impurities and makeup gently & quickly. Excellent gentle cleanser for acne-prone skin that also removes eye makeup and oil without stripping the skin barrier. This blend, with active ingredients, is nourishing and non-drying and removes mascara and waterproof eyeliner (gently, of course). Makeup artist approved! Like green tea, goldenseal is a powerful plant extract known for its anti-irritation benefits, which are crucial in promoting healthy skin and improving skin texture. It contains a compound called berberine, which has a powerful astringent effect on mucous membranes, making it a key acne-fighting ingredient. Vitamin C has strong antioxidant properties, which help reduce skin redness thats caused by acne breakouts. Vitamin C works to brighten skin complexion and even skin tone. Green tea is an antioxidant with major irritation-reducing power. It calms irritated skin and reduces redness to help prevent collagen loss. Additionally, neutralizes excess oil in both acne-prone skin and oily skin. Great for makeup removal. Wet your face with lukewarm water (never hot!) Heat kills skin cells. Apply a quarter-sized amount to your wet palms. Lather well; bring hands to face. Begin to gently massage the cleanser into the skin using circular motions (pressure should be light-medium). Massage into skin for 30-60 seconds. Use this time to take several deep breaths of the custom herb & fruit aroma. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water; pat dry. Give yourself a smile in the mirror. If you have makeup on, we recommend double cleansing. Other Uses. Safe for eye makeup removal as well as a full body wash.
