Long ago in England, a passionate ginger enthusiast sought to go beyond the ordinary, feeling that gingerbread and ginger snaps couldn't fully satisfy his craving for the exotic spice. Thus, he crafted a ginger elixir, a liquid essence of ginger, and christened it ginger beer. This brew boasted a unique blend of sweetness and tartness, a substantial body without heaviness, offering satisfaction to the palate without filling one up, and im-portantly, it was non-alcoholic. However, ginger beer imports were scarce in America, prompting the birth of Cock'n Bull Ginger Beer. The brainchild of Jack Morgan, owner of the renowned Cock'n Bull Restaurant in Hollywood, this ginger beer filled the void in the American market. In the 1940s, during a serendipitous encounter between Morgan and John G. Martin of Heu-blein, a prominent spirits distributor, the Moscow Mule was born. Combining Morgan's Cock'n Bull Ginger Beer with Martin's newly acquired Smirnoff Vodka, they concocted the classic Moscow Mule, a drink named for vodka's Russian origins and the fiery kick of Cock'n Bull Ginger Beer. Today, Cock'n Bull continues its legacy, offering a range of fine products crafted from natural ingredients, real sugar, and free of caffeine.
