This flavor of zest has been cold-smoked with alderwood, adding to the smoky but not too intense effect; finishing it off with mint makes for an interesting and creative taste. Smoked Orange can be used in drinks containing tequila or mezcal, but also darker spirits like whiskey that are just as tasty when combined.
