For this stew we partnered with Gemadi Bekuto, a former Ethiopian food truck owner, whose mission was to share his culture through delicious plant-based cuisine. Due to unfortunate events, Gemadi had to permanently close his food truck, but Country Life Natural Foods wanted him to continue his mission. Alicha is a must-try dish for anyone looking to experience the rich and diverse taste of Ethiopia.
