Our founder, Larry Dobesh, grew up in East Bernard, just outside of Houston, and developed a passion for hunting and BBQ cook-offs. During the 1970s and 1980s, while working as a butcher on North Shepard in Houston, Larry began crafting his now-renowned blend of seasonings and smoked sausages. Today, dozens of local smokehouses and restaurants rely on our exceptional sausage and meat seasonings to elevate their culinary creations.
