• MANAGING EXPECTATIONS: Kale chips by nature are fragile. Ours are made with a thick coating of sauce and then dehydrated, creating very crunchy, flavorful chips. Because of the drying process, kale chips tend to crumble, especially when shipped. Despite our best efforts to prevent crumbs, it does happen with ALL kale chips. Our kale chips are handmade and shipped in full, large pieces. However, when you recieve them, they will have crumbs at the bottom of the bag as a result of the normal shipping process.
