This skin toner is formulated with 3% TXA (tranexamic acid) and 5% PHA to even skin tone + gently resurface your complexion to boost radiance. The brightening liquid exfoliant for face has a alcohol-free formula that hydrates and exfoliates, all while reducing dark spots. After cleansing, apply this soothing toner to face in the AM + PM with hands or a cotton pad. Do not rinse. Follow with serum or moisturizer and if you're using the pore minimizing toner in the AM, follow with SPF.
