Description
To Brew for Kombucha: Use 2 TBSP tea per gallon of kombucha, Steep for a minimum of 10 minutes in about 2 cups of hot water. Dilute with cool water until it reaches room temperature before adding your kombucha starter culture. To enjoy as a cup of tea: steep 1 tsp of tea in boiling hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add milk and sugar if desired.
