This is a natural, NON-iodised fine crystal salt produced by the solar evaporation of sea water. It contains NO GM material or anti-caking agents, is produced in a single product factory and contains no allergens. It is certified Kosher and Halal This is the same salt that we use in the manufacture of all of our curing products. A fantastic salt for cooking preserving & pickling or at the table, even in the bath. Supplied in a 1.25kg re-sealable pouch.
