Description
Our Traditional 18 Year Style dark balsamic is a world-class balsamic with the perfect balance and structure of sweet and sour, notes of prune and caramel with a creamy texture that extends into a long finish. It is made with an exceptionally high percentage of Italian Lambrusco, Sangiovese and Trebbiano grapes slowly cooked to create the highest quality grape must base. Utilize this signature balsamic on salads, pasta, meats, fish, vegetables and cheeses. Fustini's has locations in the following Michigan cities: Traverse City, Holland, Petoskey and Ann Arbor.
