Description

Hey Mon Caribbean Cooking Magic, Jamaican Jerk sauce that is great on just about anything, chicken, pork, steaks or beef roast or shrimp. Some even add it to their hamburger meat before cooking. No need to marinade over night. Just shake the bottle pour it on, seal the pan and bake until al most done, then open and brown on top. If grilling, marinade for about an hour before preparing the grill, then, just put it on the grill and cook as usual.
