How to Use Heavy Cream Powder: Blend a scoop directly into sauces, soups, and coffee for a rich, sweet flavor. We recommend using a whisk, milk frother, or hand mixer for a smooth and creamy consistency every time. Mixing instructions for liquid cream: To make one cup of liquid cream from Hoosier Hill Farm cream powder, add 3/8 cup of powder to 1 cup of water. Mix thoroughly using a blender. Cover and refrigerate mix overnight before using. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing powdered dairy products. Allergens: Contains milk.
