"OUR STORY: Before hop water was a thing, friends Dean & Andrew were at a craft brewery one night. In an effort to kickstart healthier habits, Dean was finishing a soda and alcohol-free month. Dean quickly realized what he missed most.

It was the ritual, familiarity, & camaraderie. The smell and taste of that hoppy, bubbly cold ale. The craft beer experience.

That’s when it hit them both! The need for a brewed tea like beer, with the hops, but without sugars, additives, or any fermentation. OUR JOURNEY: We spent 18 months working to create HopTea in their garage.

We focused on getting a tremendous mix of flavor with zero calories. Six years ago, we launched at a single farmers market with a focus on testing the product on real customers. In a short period of time, SPLASH, we were able to grow HopTea nationwide.
