Description

ALL hd PLEX Bond Maker #1 was developed to be mixed with all chemical services, in particular color, bleaching, perms, & relaxers / straighteners. It builds and enforces strong structural bonds, protects hair from breakage, and helps protect from hair damage caused by chemical treatments. It does not interfere with the chemical service undertaken, no adjustment to the processing time, application, or mixing ratio. Must be used with ALL hd PLEX Bond Restorer #2

• Use with color, bleach, perms, relaxer / straighteners to protect and repair the hair. Can also be used outside of chemical services as a strengthening treatment
• Builds and enforces strong structural bonds, reduces breakage by 98%. Does not interfere with the chemical service, compatible with all brands
