INSTRUCTIONS 1. Set up a double boiler. In the upper bowl, mix gummi powder and 125ml of cold water, let it set for 7 minutes. 2. Add 100g of white sugar and food colouring. Raise the heat of the mixture to around 80°C while stirring, until ingredients are fully dissolved. 3. Turn off the heat, then add 80ml of coconut oil with legal ingredients, stir for three minutes until uniform. 4. Fill silicone gummi moulds quickly while the mixture is still hot (approx. 60-70°C).
