Kosmos Q Chicken Soak -Taking your poultry products from unremarkable to extraordinary!Forget everything you knew about cooking chicken up until now. The brown sugar, special spices, and touch of Worcestershire powder give the meat a sweet, and slightly bitter-rich flavor profile.Easy to Follow Instructions: Mix 3/4 cup of product to 1/2 gallon (64 oz.) of liquid (water or broth). Shake well to incorporate. Soak parts for at least four hours, and whole chickens for at least six hours. Increase the depth of flavor by soaking the meat longer. After soaking is completed, rinse excess off thoroughly under running water. Now just cook and serve!This 16 oz. package of brine mix is enough for approximately 5 lbs. of chicken (combined parts or whole bird).
