Description
La Parroquia de Veracruz. More than 90 years in the history of Veracruz: We believe that coffee tastes amazing when it is made ethically, sustainably and with care. It began more than 90 years ago in front of the Parroquia de la Asuncin, now the Cathedral of Veracruz. A small bakery that on April 1, 1926 would become La Parroquia de Veracruz. It currently has 32 branches, a coffee trading company and its own farms. We harvest our coffee from farms located in Huatusco, Veracruz. Due to its altitude and natural richness, this place provides all the necessary characteristics to have a unique flavor, great body, rich aroma and the perfect acidity. In addition, we are committed to fair trade and environmental sustainability. All roasted and ground coffee is processed in a production plant managed by Comercializadora La Parroquia de Veracruz, whose quality management system complies with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. In 2017, ISO 9001:2015 recertification was obtained in order to include the requirements of a new version of the standard, train personnel and carry out its implementation. Characteristics: Species (Coffea arabica), packaging (Typica, Bourbon -with shade-: normal, decaffeinated, organic), quality (European preparation), origin (Mexico), region (Huatusco, Veracruz), altitude (over 1,200 MSNM), harvest (picking -only ripe cherry trees-), processing (wet process -with natural fermentation-).
