This campfire creation of beans, bacon, and beef was first invented by Mexican cowboys to keep them fueled during long days on the ranch. Packed with 11g of protein and 14g of fiber, this stick-to-your-ribs dish is a surefire way to power through lunch (and those piles of paperwork) on a full stomach. Cooking Directions: Stove: In a saucepan, warm beans over low heat stirring frequently. Microwave: Pour beans into microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high for 1 minute, stir, then heat for additional 45 seconds.
