- One of our most popular flavors, Raspberry Flavor, is both sweet and tart. Reminiscent of summertimewalks picking handfuls of berries for fresh pies and ice creamtoppings. SSAppropriate for use in chocolates and coatings. If you experience some thickening, add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is to teaspoon per pound).
