An included cap ensures mess-free storage, and the twist-up bottom provides easy dispensing. 1 Tray, 1 Spatula. NOTE: Please check your tube size before buying, our tray is ONLY suitable for LotFancy lip balm tubes. NOTE: Max recommended filling temperature is approx 185F (85C). Filling with a solution that is too hot can warp the plastic & damage the mechanisms. Containers are not "watertight", so pouring too hot can also cause leaking (until the formulation solidifies). If the solution placed in them is too thick or pasty, the twist mechanism cannot freely move the product up and down. Q&A: Q: My lip balm is stuck and isnt coming out even when I twist. How to fix it? A: Your formula has a high percentage of waxes and/or oils with high stearine content. Q: When I try twisting down the lip balm separates from the mechanism, so it doesnt go back down. What am I doing wrong? A: This is oftentimes due to a very hard mixture in which the material breaks. Check your formula. If the lip balm becomes separated from the lifting disk then it cant be brought back down unless you put pressure on the lip balm itself. A slight pressing with a finger is usually all it needs. Q: What causes the lipstick tube leakage? A: Pouring too hot a solution or using the incorrect formula. Q: How to deal with Lip Balm Tubes Leakage? A: Try putting the tubes in the fridge/freezer to get them cold before pouring them into them. That way the warm oil hitting the cold tube will thicken enough to keep from leaking out until the whole tube has solidified. Q: How to Deal with Lip Balm Sinkholes? A: Use a hair dryer or heat gun to melt the top of the lip balm, and top it off with the additional product.
