Description As you can see, Velvet Teddy looks very creamy when its swatched. Thats a great plus in my opinion most lipsticks with a matte finish like this one are drying on the lips. MAC Velvet Teddy is probably one of the most hydrating matte lipsticks Ive tried. It also doesnt accentuate any dry patches on your lips, but I still recommend scrubbing your lips before applying any lippy on them! The colour of MAC Velvet Teddy is very unique in my opinion. Its a light brown colour with a slight red undertone to it.
