Description aesri Brand is recognized in Thailand as a high quality export product with rich taste and authentic flavor, and this is an all-time Thai favorite. prik means chile pepper and khing means garlic in Thai, so this is spicy garlic curry paste. Stir fry one can of prik khing curry paste with 12 cup cooking oil for 4 minues low heat. Add 34 lb chicken or pork, then pour in 12 cup water and 1 lb long green beans. Cook and add 1 tbsp palm sugar. Sprinkle with kaffir lime leaves, fresh chile and roasted peanut. Serve with jasmine rice. Product of Thailand.
