TIKKA MASALA SPICE BLEND FOR SIMMER SAUCE, RUBS, & MORE The complete origins of Tikka Masala is not certain. However, its believed to be based from British Indian cuisine. A delectable flavor of spices that are traditionally mixed into curry and served with various recipes. Examples include chicken, vegetables, seafood, rice, and nann bread. Our 12 spice blend can be used for these traditional dishes as well as fusion style tacos, meat rubs, and many more. MASI MASA - A TASTE OF THE WORLD, ANY NIGHT OF THE WEEK Masi Masa was born from our time traveling the world and tasting fine cuisine from other countries. We ate and cooked our way through the UK, Pakistan, India, Southeast Asia, & China. Once we returned home, we wanted to cook some of the dishes we experienced. We found purchasing the variety of spices needed to be expensive and wasteful. Many of the spice options werent even healthy, and meal prep was very time consuming. That was when we decided to make our own spice blends! And thus, Masi Masa was born! WHY MASI MASA? Our motto, Spice Without Borders says it all. We removed barriers to cooking healthy meals at home and perhaps trying something new. Our Spice Blends are a great pantry additional for a quick week-night meal. WHATS IN MASI MASA TIKKA MASALA? Our Tikka Masala Spice consists of the following 12 spices: coriander, smoked paprika, cumin, sea salt, amchur, black pepper, cardamom, cayenne pepper, fenugreek, garlic, nutmeg, & ginger. Our mix is packed of authentic flavor with just the right amount of heat. We call it warm with a kick. Even our wimpiest friends love it. We have fans from small children to senior citizens.
