Its also got serious sticking power and stays in place with all-day gentle adhesive. Each pack comes in two sizes. Choose your coverage with both 10mm and 12mm dots. Mighty Patches are made of one (Mighty) ingredient. Just 100% medical-grade hydrocolloid, a fluid-absorbing gel that gently absorbs the gunk from whiteheads - as your zit is healing. They soak up pimple gunk (youll see it turn white as it does its job), absorb pus, and trap it in the patch. Just peel and reveal.
