This raw wild lavender honey is light and floral, perfect with cheese. Imported by Mitica, we love this delicate honey with aged goat cheeses, such as Caprino, Garrotxa or San Maure. It is also perfect for removing the edge of blue cheeses such as Valdeon or Roquefort. Packed in a beautiful apothecary glass jar, this honey also makes a lovely gift. As this is a raw natural honey, it will crystallize over time or at colder temperatures. To return this honey to a liquid state, simply heat the jar in warm water, stirring to smooth the texture. No honey should be fed to babies 12 months and younger
