Description
In ancient Greek mythology, there were vast plantations of a sleep aid herb in front of the palace of the god of sleep, Hypnos. This herb is actually Valerian root, a natural plant that grows in high mountains at altitudes above 800 meters. Valerian has a long history in Europe for promoting sleep and health. Europeans used to brew Valerian tea over 500 years ago for its benefits. Today, Valerian root is used in various sleep aid products like capsules and teas. We chose liquid drops because they are absorbed faster (within 1 to 4 minutes) compared to capsules (up to 30 minutes), and they're easier to take, especially for those who have trouble in swallowing.
