Description

The idea to create a bar with sea salted almonds was simple enough at the beginning, but getting the almonds to have the right amount of salt proved tricky. We settled on a new method of using distilled sea water from our friends at Saltverk in the Westfjords of Iceland. By tossing the hot roasted almonds in the sea water, we got just the right amount of saltiness.
