Rainbow Dust ProGel food colouring is a highly concentrated, bake stable food colour and only the smallest amount of ProGel colour is required to give a deep rich colour to your creations, meaning that the ProGel tubes last a long, long time! Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in. Each tube contains a tamper evident seal under the screw top. Simply peel away and squeeze the gel out of the tube. No more messy containers making your tool box full of colour spots and no more wasted time trying to identify a specific colour, as the printed tube makes this a thing of the past! This set contains: Red, Pink, Orange Yellow, Bright Green, Sapphire (previously Baby Blue) and Purple Ingredients: Humectant: E422, Water, Modified starch (tapioca), Colours: E102, E122, E129 & E133. Warning: E102, E122 & E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Certified Kosher. Storage: Store at room temperature. Instructions: For every 1kg of cake and decoration, you should not use more than 3g of ProGel. More can be used in a specific area, as long as less is used elsewhere and the average is not exceeded.
