Many of the recipes were created by Chef Mark Miller, founder of the Coyote Cafe in Santa Fe. We take a simple approach to food. There isnt a lot of mystery to the way we make our products. We use ingredients we can pronounce. If theyre too hard to say, chances are you shouldnt eat them. We use all-natural ingredients from local farms and suppliers we trust. We keep our recipes simple. Because when nature is allowed to do its thing, our foods just taste better.
