• We get serious about quality. Our Korintje cinnamon sticks are sourced in Indonesia, harvested from the inner bark of evergreen trees. As the bark dries, it curls into quills - which you know as cinnamon sticks. The quills are then sorted for size, color and quality, so only AA Grade quills go into our bottles.
