Digestive enzymes, vitamins, nutrients, and herbalomic botanicals that support the stomachs parietal cells that produce intrinsic factor-a glycoprotein essential for the absorption of Vitamin B12. COUNT: 60 capsules RECOMMENDED USAGE: 1 capsule up to 3x daily with food or as directed. Increase the amount of liquids you drink each day while taking this product. INGREDIENTS: Niacin/Niacinamide, B12 Cyanocobalamin, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Calcium, Folic Acid, Biotin, Betaine HCl, Coleus Forskohlii (Herb), Choline Bitartrate, Ammonium Chloride, Bromelain, Pancreatin, Pepsin, Histidine, Aspartic Acid, Nettle (Leaf), Alfalfa (Herb). WARNING: May cause "niacin flush" with first few dosage.
