This product is a dietary supplement. Low Dose Melatonin for Kids Ages 2. 90 Chewable Tablets per bottle. Tired Teddies Sleep Aids have an expiration date of 2 years from the date they are manufactured (MFG). Unless specified by an expiry date, products are considered stable at full potency for 2 years from the MFG date. All TeddyMD products are produced by approved Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Even when parents implement a great bedtime routine, sometimes they need a childrens melatonin. Each tablet contains our proprietary blend of melatonin, chamomile, lemon balm extract, and wild lettuce. No added colors and gluten-free. All natural flavors. Do not combine with sleeping pills of any kind. Do not take if pregnant. Do not take if you have an allergy to ragweed, as this is a close cousin to chamomile. If you experience negative side effects like vivid dreams (rare), cease taking and consult your doctor.
