This ultra-light Sea Foam, infused with Sea Kelp Extract, helps create natural-looking waves in each strand for all over gorgeously un(done) wavy look, fit for any moment in the spotlight.Instructions: Our Experts' Tips: Prep - Start with Perfectly (Un)Done Shampoo And Conditioner. 1. Dispense 2-5 pumps (2 for very fine or short hair) and distribute evenly through damp hair. Blow dry. If you have naturally wavy hair, just scrunch in and air dry or diffuse. For naturally straight hair follow steps 2-3. 2. To create soft waves, work in sections. Wrap each section around a heated curling iron. Be sure to hold the iron vertically & twirl away from your face for a spiral effect. 3.
