It is an extremely effective emollient for restoring and maintaining the moisture balance of the skin. Lanolin has the unique property of absorbing twice its own weight of water and is self-emulsifiying, producing stable emulsions. It is compatible with most fats and waxes used in cosmetics. Process Flow: Lanolin is an animal derived material, it is derived without any negative impact or harm to the animal/Sheep.The lanolin oil is the liquid fraction obtained by physical filtration of the cooled lanolin product.
