Blue Butterfly Pea Flower, or Blue Matcha Tea, is a culinary chameleon. Native to Thailand and Myanmar, it is traditionally brewed as a tea stepped with honey, mint, cinnamon, passionfruit, ginger or lemongrass and served hot or cold as a relaxing digestif akin to chamomile tea.
