Yupik organic kamet flakes are steamed, rolled, and lightly roasted whole kamet grains. Nutty in flavor, hearty kamet flakes are firm in texture ideal as an alternative to rolled oats, and can be used in hot cereals, granola, baked goods, and more. Kamet flakes use a 2: 1 ratio (2 cups water, 1 cup Kamet flakes), and cook in approximately 10-15 minutes.
