Description
One of the most popular ways to slice a mango is called "the hedge-hog." this method begins by slicing off one side of the mango taking care to avoid the stone or seed. Then the fruit is carefully sliced in a checker-board pattern (bite-sized checkers, of course), stopping the cut just before the mango's skin. Use your fingers to gently invert the side you've cut and-voila-say hello to your hedgehog!
