The star of our bars O'Payo, an organic single region cocoa from an organically certified co-op near the Bosawas Natural Reserve in the northern mountain of Nicaragua. This terroir translates to a broad array of flavors, especially when combined with milk. Tasting Notes: milky smooth like a ganache with hints of dried cherries and walnuts.
