This shampoo soothes skin, prepares the area for treatment, and hydrates skin to promote comfortable and effective healing. The MicroSilver BG also delivers extended antimicrobial action. Its revolutionary formula is free from fragrances, parabens, sulfates, alcohol, antibiotics, and steroids. Designed to be gentle on the skin, this shampoo is pH balanced to protect the skins natural microbiome without drying out the skin. Use on scratches, dermatitis, flakey, itchy or scaly skin, and other skin conditions and irritations. This medicated shampoo can also be used as a wash for cuts and wounds prior to treatment. Designed for equine and large animal use, but safe for use on all species. This is a topical product intended for external use only, and was formulated for spot shampooing affected areas. Wet the area thoroughly with water, then gently massage the medicated shampoo over the affected area(s) ensuring good contact with the skin and working into a rich lather.
