Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. is obtained from cooked grape monster, matured by slow acetification, derived from natural fermentation and progressive concentration, through very long aging in series of vats (barrels) of different woods. Packaged in a single bottle, mandatory by law, in the two different ages of at least 12 years, ivory capsule, and over 25 years, gold capsule. The brown color, dark, full and bright, manifests its density in a correct, flowing syrupiness. The characteristic and complex perfume, penetrating, of evident but pleasant and harmonic acidity. The traditional and inimitable flavor, sweet and sour well balanced, savory with velvety nuances. How to keep: at room temperature GASTRONOMIC USE The ABTM in gastronomic use is an extremely easy to use product but requires attention.
