Oven baked moi moi Ingredients 1 package Albasa Moi Moi mix cup oil 4 cups water Instruction 1.Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let it sit for two hours. 2.Pre heat oven to 3500F 3.Grease and place two cupcake pans in sheet pans 4.Fill cupcake pans full with batter. Cover loosely with tin foil 5.Add about 2 cups hot water in each sheet pan and bake for 35-40 minutes
