Using our Cool Infusion Technology, we can release and capture fragile and subtle flavor and aroma molecules from hand selected premium vanilla pods without alcohol. In our processing we do not use high heat or high pressure, because it will cause loss of fragile vanilla flavor and aroma, and develop candy and caramel flavors, which are not part of vanilla flavor.
