Description

Quince jam is a sweet, creamy made from the pulp of the quince tree, sometimes with added sugar. It contains a high level of fibre, provides numerous vitamins (provitamin A, C, B1, B2) and is rich in minerals. The three products marketed by the Alises brand, quince jam, natural quince and unsweetened quince, are produced in Cordoba (Spain) and the fruit from which they come is grown in Andalusia and Extremadura (Spain).
